Parameter lists in detail:

B052F04

Correct field B052F04

The first two characters in channel name given in the file are replaced. The replacement is performed after loading blockettes B052 and B054, and each of them can be used for evaluating the correction.

Usage: B052F04 REPL SOURCE TOKEN
3 parameters in this list:

REPL

String replacing the first characters in channel name (field B052F04). The number of characters replaced equals the number of characters in REPL. The replacement is performed when the field given by parameter SOURCE contains token given by parameter TOKEN
  • Format: Character (8 characters)
  • Default value: Not specified

SOURCE

Name of blockette based on which the correction is made. In particular, if TOKEN=B052F06, channel name can be changed based on the instrument name containing, for example "Trillium". If using TOKEN=B052F04, erroneous channel names can be replaced directly (for example, "SP?" to "BH?").
  • Format: Character (8 characters)
  • Default value: B052F04

TOKEN

String token in blockette whose name is given by SOURCE. Is this string contans the substring given by TOKEN, replacement is performed.
  • Format: Character (72 characters)
  • Default value: Not specified

NSTAGES

Maximum number of filter stages.

This number of stages affects the maximum number of f output trace header "resp.n" and size of "resp.p", "resp.ui", and "resp.uo".

Usage: NSTAGES NSTAGES
1 parameter in this list:

NSTAGES

Maximum number of stages used
  • Format: INTEGER
  • Min value: 0
  • Default value: 5

PRINT

Print parameters

This list prints out a table of response parameters loaded into trace headers or tables allowing plotting the frequency and time responses of the instrument

Usage: PRINT WHAT FNAME
2 parameters in this list:

WHAT

Type of output
  • PARAMS, PARAM, COEFFS, COEFF, or TABLE - Table of response parameters from RDSEED file
  • AMPL - Table containing amplitude spectrum
  • PHASE - Table containing phase spectrum (can be plotted using GMT opr PLOTMTV)
  • The tables output by options AMPL, PHASE, and IMPULSE can be easily plotted by using GMT or PLOTMTV.
    • Format: Selection
    • Selectable Values: (codes in parentheses)
      • Parameters (PARAMS)
      • Amplitude response (AMPL)
      • Phase response (PHASE)
      • Impulse response (IMPULSE)
    • Default value: No output

    FNAME

Name of output file. Value "*" means job log file. The default equals "*" for option PARAMS only.
    • Format: Character (88 characters)
    • Default value: Not specified

    Preceding list (NSTAGES)

    TIME

    (Not implemented) Time of response

This list gives an optional time that may be different from the one given by SAC headers in the description of the tool

    Usage: TIME RFILE
    1 parameter in this list:

    RFILE

Response time string in SQL format. The string may contain substitutions "{...}" using trace headers and job definitions.
    • Format: Character (88 characters)
    • Default value: Not specified
